Job Summary


Manages the operational and personnel activities of the Information Technology department, establishing policies, practices and procedures.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manages supervisors and individual contributors, including developing individual G&O’s and provides coaching, support and assessment to talent.
2. Develops, implements and enforces policies, standards and methodologies.
3. Oversees hardware/software contract administration; including negotiation of contract provisions, interface with legal department and maintenance of appropriate documentation.
4. Manages the planning, evaluation, design, development and implementation of information systems within assigned area(s).
5. Controls revenues and expenses within assigned area(s) and responsible for meeting budget goals and objectives.
6. Assumes responsibility for telecommunications, local/wide area networks (LAN/WAN) and/or application development as needed.
7. Assigns personnel to projects and directs their activities.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Minimum Level of Education and Training Required


Requires a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems and 10 or more years of relevant experience, including 5 or more years of people management experience.
