Job Description

Leadership of the North American Regional activity for the Facilities functions. Key activities will include:

• Minimizing Facilities risk through implementation of FM Diagnosis and information sharing among the region.

• HRD for Facilities for Operation Maintenance, Construction Safety

• Energy Savings management

• Manage RHQ expense budget and support efforts to include Facilities needs for the NA Regional budget planning

Job Requirements

BS in Technical Field

10 years in a manufacturing environment focusing on Project Management

The following are capabilities required for this position: 

1. Strategic planning (from concept to physical actions) 

2. Analytical skills (ability to segregate critical points from multiple inputs) 

3. Knowledge of various manufacturing processes 

4. Written and oral communication skills including presentations to all levels in the company. 

5. Ability to lead cross functional activity 

This position will require business travel within North America and Internationally of 8-10 weeks per fiscal year.
