Job Description

Responsible for providing general administrative support to warehouse management, including typing general correspondence, making copies and filing. Orders, tracks and allocates office supplies. Maintain accurate and detail records of all receiving documents, communicates with all departments regarding any parts issues. Create, release and verifies containers, ability to collect and summarize data, assist with UPS/Fed-Ex check in process. Communicate with all departments regarding any parts issues. Competent level of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, have a good written and oral communication skills and good presentation skills.

Job Requirements

  • Qualified candidates must possess an Associate’s degree and 0-3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Provide general administrative support to warehouse management, including typing general correspondence, making copies and filing. Orders, tracks and allocates office supplies.

  • Maintain accurate and detail records of all receiving documents.

  • Assist with UPS/Fed-Ex check in process.

  • Ensure product records are quickly and accurately updated.

  • Communicates with all departments regarding any parts issues.

  • Creates, releases and verifies containers.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to collect and summarize data

  • Performs general office administrative tasks, file updating, track supplies.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Position work environment is in the office area of a warehouse environment. Occasional exposure to dust, fumes or odors may occur.
